I live in the Morristown area and purchased tinted windows less than two years ago and love them. Blake Waddell was prompt in getting them put in and cleaned up his mess.



Now less than two years I have three windows that have fogged over and Blake said it was just a bad batch of glass and not a problem to replace.



This is the third month I have been trying to get them replaced. Blake said they were in in Dec. however with the holiday we just let it go until Jan. In Jan. he said he was out of town for a month on a job and just got back into town. Last week he was down all week and weekend with the flu. This week he has promised to come and take care of it however today is Friday and I still have not heard from him. Beginning to wonder if I am going to have to hire a lawyer. I am giving him the benefit of doubt as all of the things he has told me COULD be true however I am being to doubt it, I know things happen but................



Will update in the next few weeks to let you know if we FINALLY get this taken care of.
