I would rate this business with zero stars if it was allowed. Very poor service, rude individual, would not fix my wheelchair that I purchased through him because "I can't make any money off of it."
Always has excuses as to why the wheelchair is acting poorly such as "It is the battery" or "Have you gained any weight?"
The wheelchair he sold me through Medicare/Medicaid was supposed to be 'new' but I knew it was used previously-there were obvious signs of wear and tear, half the seat belt was missing and the previous owner/renter had left his mail in the rear pouch.
The owner blames Republicans for messing up Medicare/Medicaid so much that he can't make any money and will probably be out of business this time next year. I told him maybe that's where he should be since he has such poor ethics.

Do not do business with this man. Customer service is nill. Whenever you call them concerning a problem the a answer is a always it's the battery. Hateful at best. Golden Technologies sent us elsewhere for service.

The gentleman on the phone was professionally rude, made the comment that since my grandfather would be going through the VA, he would not "make any money off the deal" so he said go to the VA they will "deal with him". I'm very upset my grandfather proudly served in the NAVY in WW2 and that's no way to treat ANY veteran in my opinion.
