Below you will see my original post, I'm not deleting it because it did happen but I would like to let everyone know what happened since the day I posted the original. The fault of not being there for grieving family members was not that of Advantage as it turns out. The guy that picked up my Grandmother FAILED to notify Hope at Advantage that he had picked her up. So as it turned out it was not the fault of Advantage but the fault of the service she used to pick her body up. Hope was beside herself because of this issue that occurred. I would definitely and happily recommend this company and Hope to anyone that asks . Hope was genuinely upset over the issues that arose and she did everything In her power to make things right.





This place is a joke. My Grandmother passed away on Friday May 23rd, 2014 when they picked up her body they told my Dad someone would call him between 9 am and 10am on Saturday. My parents waited and waited and waited some more on Saturday and NO ONE called. They drive out to the business and on the door was a sign that said they were closed until Tuesday. I am assuming they put my grandmother on ice, in the mean time since she didn't pass away at a convenient time or day for them, to process her body in a timely manor. Very disappointed in this service considering they publish you’ll receive quality funeral care from professional, compassionate experts at a low price. I am sure this is not the compassion my grandmother thought she was receiving. Would RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OR FOR ANYONE. (I did remove the word not before recommend)
