This company is out to make a quick buck by charging you late fees when the website to make payments is down and making up new rules as they go without telling anyone. They also trashed the inside of my storage unit and then said I did it and said I did it. They told me I could come vacate my unit and when I drove 500 miles round trip to do so, they said - after I returned home - that it didn't count because I didn't stop in the office, even though I DID stop in the office and didn't say anything else was required. They are now charging me monthly for a unit I have vacated until I can take MORE time off work to come to their office. I have been a customer for 9 years and every time the raise the prices, their customer service gets worse.
