They are very reasonable on their prices, very kind and courteous I recommend them to come out and take down any tree there's a difficult task and rely on these guys here

Robert and his crew contacted me within one hour of inquiring for services. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to evaluate and present a bid for taking down a 30' cottonwood tree. I had contacted other companies in the Wichita Ks area on a Saturday and before the first call Monday from other services, the tree was 1/3 of the way down.

Don't let preconceptions fool you reference a crew in uniform or other uppity demeanor... Robert is down to earth and knows his business. Every single section of the tree was taken down in the exact location Robert anticipated missing my chain link fence that was only two feet from the tree and my garage which was less than 20' from the tree. To complicate matters, the wind was howling from the NW at 20 to 35 miles per hour, and he and his crew were still able to remove the tree without compromise.

Moore's Tree Service prices are extremely fair and for a family owned business, one can't ask for a better service. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days, but Robert and his business surpassed my expectations. Thank you for a job well done.

Having built my own house, and having years in construction, I know how difficult it can be to please some people who have no idea the dangers and complication involved with heights, construction or demolition, but even with all my experience, I would not even attempt to do the endeavor Robert excels at with tree removal. Some folks just know their stuff.

Here are some really hard working men right here. Darn storm caused my tree to break and it was laying on my house and garage. These hard working men came to my house at 3 am and didn't leave till it was all completely off my property. They did a very nice job of cleaning up all the broke limbs that was scattered all over my yard. If you ever have an emergency like I did, then these are the perfect guys to be there when you absolutely need them. And they are very prompt as well. Thank you so much for your wonderful help.

Robert was super professional and they started and finished my trees in a timely manor. They did a great job with my trees and also cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend him to anyone!! Super happy with my experience. I would use the again and again!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! Company had to break contract due to unforeseen circumstances (which is totally understandable), but failed thorough on communicating with customer on their changes. Instead of calling to say they could not follow through with plan they elected to DO NOTHING until called by the customer. After waiting nearly 6 wks from date of signed contract they finally had to cancel. Company has NOT returned the deposit that was made. We were told that the check would be mailed to us and here we are 2 wks later no money and they are not answering the phone. They were actually supposed to hand deliver the money yesterday and did not show or call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. We had to contact another company to do the work and NEED our money back. Nothing but excuses with this company.

Gave me a solid quote that I agreed with and think is fair. Removed two trees the same day. I asked them to clean up some areas as part of the agreement and also haul some limbs and put stump killer on the stumps. After they left, they had not raked up the two areas I wanted cleaned and I had to do that. There were also some limbs they did not take. They also left drinking containers on my fence and on patio. He did come back the next evening and put stump killer on and took all but a small pile of the limbs. He did not do any raking as agreed. I did, however, get my money's worth. But they did not do all that was agreed to do. And Robert called me "hun" which I do not like. I'm sure it's just his way but it's not professional. I recommend them IF you supervise somewhat and certainly carefully inspect before they leave your home or business and make sure they have done all that was agreed to.

Horribe! No stars and no recommendation...termites could do a better job then them!

I contacted Moore's Tree Service Tuesday and they put me on the schedule for today. They trimmed and cleaned out a Mulberry a sixty foot Pin Oak and another tree. Outstanding wor, very professional and left my property looking better than when they arrived. I would easily recommend them to anyone who needs good quality tree work. Marty Marshall
