I have had 3 different cars worked on here and I also had them repair my truck when I hit a deer. THis place did a great job, and john is very upfront and honest about his work. I would and have recommended him to others.

There were sanding burn marks on the spots they fixed from hail damage when I picked my car up. The insurance marked that I had a tail light cracked from hail also, and they missed fixing this all together and I had to point it out to them when I picked it up. I had to then come back after my car already being at this shop for a week, I had to come back the week after since they had to order me another tail light and then I got it changed and then I got the burn marks buffed out of my car again. The fact I had to come back twice to show mess ups that should have been fixed and dealt with the first time,it is completely incompetent and unreliable. Someone should have looked over my vehicle before handing me the keys to drive away seeing the cracked tail light and burn marks on my hood and roof from over buffing/sanding. The insurance paperwork clearly stated marks there were prior hail and after hail damage. They tried to argue that the buff marks where there already. It's a brand new vehicle and I know what marks are on my car, these were NOT there before. I would reallllly NOT recommend going to this dump for any vehicle repairs!
