Very rude, does not return phone calls or emails, refused to sign his half of the contract because of the title company we choose to close with even though we agreed to pay ALL of closing. Called all of us liars and after I started posting reviews online emailed us back and said “im sorry I may of overreacted” sorry buddy word of mouth and reviews are hurtful and I would not recommend this contractor to ANYONE. After talking with quite a few other realtors and general contractors I’ve heard nothing but horror stories. He may not need by business but I am glad he didn’t get mine.
