I have been going to Dr. Dan for computer repair and advice for over 10 years now, and he has always treated me well.The last time I went there for help, my hard drive was failing, and he was actually able to restore it along with my windows operating system. He has always been extremely honest and willing to help me out.

I took my laptop in for physical damage to my LCD screen. The owner fumbled around with it for 4 weeks. He never called me and when I did call him for a simple update he would get all upset. Stating things like, "If I have news for you I will call you. Since you called me I obviously don't have it done". When he did call me it was to tell me he ordered the wrong part and would have to order another part. Eventually he did get it working. However, my Windows was working on an external monitor when I brought it in. I received a phone call stating that windows was corrupt and would need to be clean installed. I didn't understand his lingo and out of frustration I said go ahead with the work. So he wiped my hard drive and re-installed windows.Now I have a working computer but lost all my data that I have been saving for years. I spent over $400 dollars on a 4 year old laptop.
