Provided by YP.comThey were to be at our home between 1 and 2 pm. When they failed to show I phoned and left a message. Finally, at 3:25 I received a call from the washer guy who was lost. Gave him our address and he arrived and did a fine job. The guy was nice. However, the owner returned my call at 4:30 and was completely unconcerned about the missed appointment. No apology at all (I had to TAKE OFF WORK to be here for the appointment!). The least they could have done was call to let me know they were going to be late!!!
