Dr Downey joined Pediatric Associates of Williamsburg in July 2001 He is a lifelong resident of Williamsburg, growing up in Queens Lake and graduating from Bruton High School Dr Downey currently lives in Queens Lake on the same property that he grew up on and remains active in the community, serving as pool committee chairman and swim team coordinator He continues to enjoy swimming and goes to the beach every summer
