I loved this shop i use to get my hair done by the manger her name was whitley. I have very curly hair and it is very hard to find someone to cut and color my hair that knows what they are doing but whitley always does a very good job because she understands she also has very very curly hair if there is any curly girls out there that is looking for a good hair stylist whitley is one of the very best. i am happy to say she is now working at European Beauty Concepts it is still in Williamsburg.
