The first time in a while that i have visited thiis establishment. It was because the store was nasty from the food to the employees attitudes. Now visiting today and seeing smiling faces, feeling welcomed, ordering our food and it being hot and great. The service was fast. The managers were working well with leading their team and helping. the store was clean. I can tell its under new management and had the pleasure of speaking with her about the way the store is being ran. keep up the good work, you have gained back a loyal customer.

I just started working at this McDonald's. I actually like the people. Yes I agree it needs work but with the right people it can be wonderful. And I myself will try my hardest to improve some of what I can as a crew member. I believe in hope. And I'm not gonna stop till this store gets it. Stay positive MacDonald's. Stay positive

Everytime we stop at this mcdonalds for a café mocha they say their machine is broke..This place needs new management & crew..

I would give no star if possible. This restaurant is out of control. I just read over 50 negative FB comments about Williamston SC McDonald's. We need and deserve better in our little town.

What would I say if I told my best friend about this place! Alot! But what I would say today is that the male manager has no class at this McDonald in williamston at all! He has no clue how to handle his workers.The store number 11056! Today my son and I drove through the drive thru.We noticed this man talking to one of his workers.He was very upset and you could tell it by how he was talking with his hands and we could hear him.I told my son to park in the next parking lot.We watched this man talk to the young lady.He wasn't yelling but he was stern with his voice and we could hear some of what he was saying in the next parking lot!.A few people were walking in and out of mcDonalds and they could hear him talk to her.Everyone could notice them talking and you could tell that she was in trouble. Any one who is a manager KNOWS that if you need to speak to a worker that is what an office is for not where the whole world of williamston can drive by and see him talking.Another thing.He should not be talking to her on her time it should be done on McDonalds time.What made me mad was that you just got the feeling that he wasn't going to let up on her until he made her cry and sure enough he made her cry. Kathy you need to get back into williamston McDonalds and send your manager to some sort of class to teach him how to treat your people. And shame on him for playing the tough guy.You just mad yourself look bad to alot of people today. But I'm sure that you feel like a big man now! A good manager is one who can teach their employees how to do their jobs right and stick with them until they get it right.They should care about their people and set an example.And if there is a problem respect the employees to handle it the correct way.But you have to be a mature,caring level headed and fair manager.I could not believe what he was doing to this young lady today.I have seen his attitude with these people before. As for the service I have to say they( the employees) are very nice and I have never had any problem them at all. To the employees who work here I'm sorry that you have to put up with someone like that and I hope that things will change for the better.It says that I have to give this McDonalds a star so that I can send this off. I give the employees 5 stars.But I am only going to click on one star so that I can send this page.

I got food poisoning from there. I vomited for a day and a half. Want never eat there again.

Often gets your order wrong. Poor attention to detail. Place looks clean and well maintained. Check your takeout before leaving.
