CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

Can't say anything about actual Internet because no one over made it out. Cancelled first appt at 11am same day of a 8-noon appt. Asked to reschedule for next day like no one works. Finally got rescheduled for a week later, followed up at 10am day of appt and was told service was no longer available to that area. Had someone take the time to be at the location for a total of 8 hours to have no one show up. I'm glad service wasn't available because I am sure it would have been a similar nightmare.

Never, ever use them. They set your equipment (modem, router) up poorly, then charge you to have it fixed when it runs into networking issues. Also, slow speed, poor service.

MGWnet offers horrible, low speed service and horrible tech support. I've moved around a lot and dealt with multiple ISPs, and never have I had the problems I've had with MGWnet. Their tech support is completely worthless, and will lie to your face rather than attempt to figure out a problem when they don't know what to do. I would never recommend using them.
