"The food at Hong Kong Bistro is as good as it gets in Jacksonville. It is the best Chinese food I have eaten since moving here. Many dishes are on a par with those served in NY, Boston, San Francisco and Toronto's Chinatowns. Dim Sum is served from 11-3 on weekends and I have not had a single mouthful that was not bursting with flavor---the flavors of China. If you order from the menu you can choose from a selection of entrees that offer salty dishes, sweet ones, spicy ones, sour ones. The sauces don't smother the food either: the sauces compliment the dish. Chinese vegetables like Gai Lan and Shanghai baby bok choy are always on the menu. And the Roast Duck is the best that I have had and reasonably priced too. This is a must try for anyone who likes authentic Chinese food."

I am half chinese born in Jacksonville, Fl. I always wanted to find a chinese resturant that serve authenitic chinese food. Similar as served in new york china town. I found out about Hong Kong Bistro from a friend and have fall in love with the food. It does not serve the american style chinese food found in so many cheap places but outstanding chinese food. My favorite dish is the walnut shrimp, peking duck, and cantonese beef stew. They don't mince on the shrimp and the sauce they use is the best. The chefs are all trained from Hong Kong. The food presentation is fantastic. If you are looking for True Chinese Dishes then you have go to Hong Kong Bistro. It is just great to eat at.

This place has been bought out by Epifanio's Pizza and the pizza is awesome.
