This is the second time I use Brickliners for our chimney inspection and cleaning. Before using Brickliners, I have used cheaper chimney sweeps that left messes in the house and were more or less doing the job. I won't go back to these.
With Brickliners I got a real expert who could on the spot (in their truck) analyze the smoke deposits in the fireplace and tell me if I'm burning clean or not. They showed up at the door with booties to wear in the house and protections all around the fireplace. When they left, there was not a trace of dirt of ash and the only thing I could see of them being there was my cleaned up stove. I definitely will keep using them and recommend them without hesitation. The guy that came to do the work was friendly and quick. No hassle.
