before you even think about buying a townhome from penton, walk around and talk to the current homeowners and we will tell you what its really like to live here. The neighborhood may look pretty and new but dont let that fool you. Had we known about this we would have run far far away from this place. But now we are stuck in a dangerous neighbrhood with a house we can probably never resell.
