I would never use these guys again. horrible service and rude owner. my 5yr old knows more about computers than they do. Don't waist your time.

We have used "Tech" for 5-6 years, with a series of computers, monitors, and laptops. The service has ALWAYs been top-notch, reasonable in price, and often with extra help and tutoring at no charge. There is very little turn-over in the staff--despite the to most recent relocation of the business (shopping center management bought out their lease both times, to accommodate space requirements for "Big Box" incoming tenants. The owner is almost always on-site with an ear to the staff/customer conversations, and is readily available for more expert intervention, if needed

The new location increases my travel distance by a factor of four--passing two competitors--but the quality of service, along with fair prices will see us going the 'extra mile"..

We took our laptop in and asked to have it repaired, specifiying what needed repair. A week later we went back and the people at the shop told us we needed to order a new power cord (we had a perfectly good one). We said, no we just want the specified part repaired. Two weeks later the repair hadn't been done and we were told they wanted us to order a new power cord. I was charged $45 for absolutely no work. This was a terrible experience. I took it to another shop and it was repaired by the next day, exactly as I had requested.
