Extremely poor service. I've tried to give them several chances. Every single time I am disappointed.

The food here was so good a few months ago but lately they have added mushrooms to our food when we didn't order it and the last pizzas we ordered wasn't fully done . I know there was a change in ownership but they should do something about the terrible service. Twenty minutes to answer the phone and when they finally did nothing but attitude. We will not be ordering from here again till another ownership change.

Every single time, it takes at least an hour and a half on delivery. They will not give a discount on this issue. The food is cold every time. This will be my very last time ordering from them. Ver poor service

We have eaten at Pizza Hut for yrs and both my husband and I have worked at one when we were younger. I don't normally posts things of this nature but I feel I just can not let this go. The Pizza Hut in Winchester, KY on Carol Rd needs much improvement. Not only was the entrance to the store extremely uninviting the staff was no help. My husband stood in line (we were the only ones waiting) for 10 min while I took our younger children to the restroom. In that time, employees complained that they had more customers come in and noone greeted us or offered to assist us in any way. Not wanting to continue this poor treatment, we left the restaurant and ate next door at Fazolis and gave them our hard earned money and enjoyed a very nice dining experience. This Pizza Hut will not receive our business again. Date of visit was 9/1/14 about 7:30pm.

Winchester Pizza Hut 8 Carol Rd. Monday December 5,2011 approximately 3:00 pm. This place sucks....our waitress while good waitress was unprepared to take orders so note pad no ticket book she tried to turn our order in from memory,epic fail.Then told my husband who was drinking sweet tea,she would bring him another sweet tea refill....she brought him Ale8 (local favorite) second epic fail. Now afraid of repercussions we leave without his replacement pizza,I complain to the female manager age mid 40' s maybe who seems oblivious to any problem and less than likely to care about their screw up. This was our last time in there....hope it improves but it won't be on my dime .
