We had never even heard of GSSN before this and I can honestly say, it is the worst customer service experience of our lives.

The technicians and phone answering staff were very friendly and kind, but the Service Mgr Nick (and turns out the owners son) yelled at me and called me crazy and then when my wife called 30 minutes later he yelled at her.... and the story only gets worst from there!

Nick tried to rip us off my suggesting we could expedite the fixing of our furnace by paying him an extra $130 when it was his laziness that cost us 3 days to order parts in the first place!

Best part is that after 2 weeks and 3 visits and 2 sets of replacement parts, damn furnace STILL wasn't fixed! The day before Thanksgiving I called Melanie and Paula at GSSN 4 times and 4 times they said they gave the message to Nick and he never called me back. In fact, he left early for Thanksgiving while my family and guests sat in our 57° house all week.

We finally called the home warranty company and had then send a different company (MEP Home Services) and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and ordered the part to fix it.

This comment area is too small for all the details so feel free to check out the WHOLE story in the attached photos below and do yourself a favor: DON'T EVER USE GSSN! Tell your Warranty company that you want to use someone/anyone else and save yourself the headache!

EXCELLENT service with extremely polite & friendly personnel. We will never have to look for another heating or air conditioning company. These folks have that service oriented mentality and they really care about the customers needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Poor customer service, clueless sales and service team! if you want to deal with liars then pick GSSN!
