Was surprised to find the person working the early day shift on a Friday to be the most unhelpful associate I have ever had to deal with in my 70 years of age. After checking on photo matting offered a couple days before, I returned to place an order. Said person informed me it could not be ordered unless HE cut it. REALLY?? After discussing this with the store manager, we returned to the department and after being told to order it by the store manager, he again repeated he could not unless HE cut it-- Said SM informed him he would order what I needed and left. When I double checked the price, it was double what I ahd been quoted two days before, which was already over priced. I went else where and placed my order, of several hundred dollars and it will be in the end of the week. I would advise all who enter the store in WINCHESTER, VA to be aware of these goings on. In addition to over charging for mattboard, and GOD only knows what else, they keep the scrap, should there be any, and resell it, so even at the high price, you are NOT getting what you pay for,

I just do not believe Winchester needs such a business within it's borders, and would encourage you to shop elsewhere.
