We hired J & J to remove two trees on our property, as well as remove the remaining stumps. We foolishly paid them in advance to remove the trees, clear the debris, and stump them. While the trees were felled, they did not remove any of the brush and two years later, the stumps are still in the ground. When we contacted J&J, we were put through the ringer. First, we were told he didn't remember the job at all (even though it was only a week later and he had just cashed the check we wrote). Then, we received a month of "It will be done next week" before the company simply stopped answering our calls.

It was a hard lesson learned, and I would never recommend this company to others.
