Thorough look over of vehicle.

I came in basically for tires, but also to have an overall check on things since I planned a 13 hr trip. There were a few minor misunderstandings at first but they were very quick to accomadate me and help me and fix things with no additional charges. And even threw in some advantages. They were very friendly and I dealt with two of the best men the whole time who were very understanding. Gave details of everything needed. And asked before doing anything unlike other places that just do and don't ask then give you a surprise bill later. They always explained any concerns they saw in detail how they would or would not effect me. Or if it was nothing to worry about right now they made sure to say "you can do without doing this right now if you choose to and be fine". They even showed my husband when he asked to see where things went so he could do it for me of it ever occured again. For all the questions, concerns and hassle I gave them they were always quick to answer and never got frustrated or tried pushing me out the door. I appreciate customer service like that and that is EXACTLY how it should be when you value your car like an addition to your family. Overall best service I ever experienced. And a BIG thank you to Brandon for being so patient and accomadating our every need. And Tommy for doing such a wonderful job on the car! You two are awesome! And Carlos who got thrown in our crazy situation thanks for the help too.

Are frequently out of sale items,but offer rainchecks or better. Retail staff are always very friendly and helpful. Returned an item that was missing a part. Given a replacement, no questions asked.

I will never go there again. First, I needed my car inspected. Went there and the guy told me to come back the next day at 8:00am because he was too busy that day. The next day I went, and they told me the guy had the day off, to come back the following day.

I also needed some help with my wheel locks because I needed new tires, but had lost my wheel lock. I didn't know what I needed and asked someone to help me. They gave me a book to look it up in. No one would come out to take a look at my car. There were only one or two customers in the store so it wasn't because they were too busy. Every time I've always gone there, very poor customer service.
