Provided by YP.comI called Powell's when I realized I was having a problem with my hot water heater. I called at 9:45 in the morning to see if someone would be able to come out that day. The woman I spoke to was extremely polite, very helpful, and called me to let me know when the technician would be on his way. The technician was at my house by 11:45 that morning. The technician was amazing and he fixed my hot water heater and in a little more than an hour I had hot water again! This is the first instance I've had that required any repair service at my house but I can say with certainty I will call on Powell's again if I ever need anything plumbing related. Their friendly and fast service has made me a loyal customer.
