Terrible experience with this store, the store manager, and the owner. My unsealed package was accepted for transportation - contents known to store employee - and I added insurance in the amount of $500. My package was destroyed on transit and, several weeks later after I did all the sleuthing, I was told the contents could not be shipped out of Virginia via UPS. The store manager called me a liar - but no one asked me what was in the wine carton (duh!) - I wish that had been made known to me prior to my losing out on my $500 shipment home.



I could go on and on but I won't. My recommendation is to avoid this location at all costs. I have given the store several opportunities to correct this wrong but this falls upon deaf ears.

This has got to be the busiest store in Winchester. And let me tell you they flat get it done with great customer service. Never had any problems with them. This store is a rare find in the Winchester area.

I not only stood in a long line, but the customer service was poor. The young lady working behind the counter was not only rude to me but to the elderly man ahead of me. As she was waiting on him, she took a call which slowed his shipping process down as well as mine as there was someone standing in the back in plain sight that could have taken the call instead.



After she told me how much my package was going to cost to ship, I left and went to Mail-N-Pack. Their prices are cheaper, there are no lines, and the staff is always helpful.

I ship a lot of packages for my business and primarily use UPS. This UPS store is very slow and the customer service isn't up to par. Unfortunately, it's the only one in my area.
