I was told I could come in as a work in today. While I was sitting in the waiting room the DR said i'll be waiting for a few hours. So I asked the lady in the front if it would be better to come in latter? She told me I was a difficult pt because of my large medical history. I have never been treated so rudely. I told her to refund my co pay money I already paid and I would never come back in.

Best eye doctor I've ever seen. He did a great job on my cataract surgery. I'm seeing better than I've seen in years.
