This place is awful, the people are awful, the food is disgusting. If your into chewy tasteless crusts or disgusting Gyros that require a straw to eat and sponge to clean the grease up afterwards then this is the place for you. Not only would I not feed this crap to my dog, I would not take my dog into their establishment as they are as good at cleaning as they are at cooking. The place is dirty, I mean its filthy disgusting just like the people that work there, its no wonder that the attitudes of the people there match the decor, I would be unhappy working in a dirty place serving bad food. Save your self some time and a trip to the hospital for food poisoning and go to Athens Cafe for Gyros and Brick Oven Pizza for pizza. Theo's Pizza, you suck........

When they answer the phone, if they even answer the phone, every employee is lethargic and annoyed when you order.



Every single time that I order from this restaurant they mess up my order. I understand that we are human and everyone makes mistakes, but when I called this time to let the owner know about the mistake he did not care at all. He told me he would credit me back the one item that was left off my sandwich, but didn't want to admit that he was wrong. He said that it had to be the cashier's fault because he was making sandwiches and there is no way he would mess up. I explained to him that this is a reoccurring event.



The bottom line is that I am the customer, and I was "wrong", apparently. The fact that I was "wrong" as the customer is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I can't believe this place is profitable, based on all of my inaccurate experiences. I run a food service establishment. I would never make the customer wrong or feel as if they don't deserve what they ordered. Without the customer you are not a business.

We have a long and frustrating history with Theo's Pizza. I'm not exaggerating when I say they have never gotten our order correct. Today was no different, except in their response to us calling and asking them to correct their mistake. The apathy and rudeness would have been somewhat understandable from an employee or a high school student but we spoke to the owner who neither cared to fix the problem or that we were frustrated. The food is alright but not worth the 30-45 minute wait times and the lack of care or effort in preparation. We love supporting local businesses but at least Pizza Hut will fix their mistakes...
