I have been using Fusco for a couple of years and I am very happy with them. The receptionist is friendly and the prices are always the best in the area. Deliveries are timely.

AVOID!! Fusco sent out a tech to my home to repair a power control module. They used the wrong type/brand and not only ruined the new power venter but then charged me over $500 to repair the damage they themselves admitted to have caused!!

The deliveries are on time. However, the receptionist is very difficult to work with. Other than this company, I've never been denied business. My furnace needs a cleaning so I called to schedule this. I was told that since I only ordered oil once this year, I'm not eligible. So I asked to have a delivery made, and told her that I have about a half tank of oil, so I can normally take 100-150 gallons. She said that I wouldn't fit the 100 gallons and basically refused to make the order or the service.



Very poor in my opinion - and this is the third time in 4 years of using this company that I received from the receptionist. She is rude and unfriendly.
