I had a warranty on my TV through Assurant and they sourced the job to Windosr Electronics. Once sourced to Windsor they contacted me immediately and notified me they will order the parts I needed and call me within 3-5 days once they arrived to set up the repair date. Almost two weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called, they apologized and had someone out within a few days to fix the TV. The repair was done within an hour and the man who came to our house was so nice. He was prompt, professional, friendly and extremely thorough. If I was in need of a repair in the future I would definitely call them.
