Horrible company to rent from, we had soooo many problems when we first moved into the house, it took them at least a month to work all the problems out and the owners put goats in the back yard after we signed the lease without letting us know before we signed a contract and they thought that was fine. We had many problems and then when we moved out they kept a good portion of our deposit for dumb reasons, we felt like they were taking advantage because we signed a contract.

I rented from them for one year and it was horrible, they never replaced anything and when they did, it took forever! And whenever I called the people were not very nice. I would never rent from them again!
