So worth it! I had what i tho...

So worth it! I had what i thought was supposed to be permanent laser treatments years ago. When my hair came back and my friend still had none, I asked her where she went and thats how I found Ideal Image. It is definitely more expensive than the other place I went to 5 years ago but the results are so much better! My husband was caught off-guard by the price at first but now he says he loves it (which I knew he would). haha

Not sure who is posting these. I've been getting treatment here for as long as they've been there. I'm always seen on time and have no problems being seen even on a Saturday or at night. Honestly sounds like someone who maybe got turned away for a job or something. Anyway, overall experience has been excellent, which is why I keep adding areas to be treated. Highly recommended.

Rip-off

Ideal Image in Winston-Salem, NC will sell you a package and then postpone your appointment forever while they keep your money. They have a high rate of turnover in their staff. They keep losing nurses. And they burned my friend. Not a good place to go for Laser Hair Removal.

I felt rushed and they burned me

I went to Ideal Image in Winston Salem recently. I have brown skin and I read it is important to have the right laser for laser hair removal. It really hurt during the procedure and I asked the girl who did my laser hair removal to turn down the lase, but she didn't. She was in a big hurry to get me in and out. I ended up with a burn. Next time I am going to a private doactor's office.
