Melissa Tharpe has been providing women's health care and serving patients since 1998. She enjoys being able to provide compassionate care and a remarkable patient experience at Novant Health. Her focus and passion is on adolescent females as well as perimenopausal and menopausal women. Melissa likes to know that she made a positive influence in her patient's lives and their overall wellbeing. She makes an effort to develop personal relationships with her patients to provide the level of care each patient deserves. When she is not working, she spends time with her husband and their two children, Ava and Palmer. She enjoys spending family time playing golf, being outdoors and relaxing with her children and their two dogs.
