Provided by YPmobileWent in for Temporal Arteritis. And the PA Was excellent. However needed further a help and it was very poor service. It's ridiculous to say go to an ER when the diagnosis is right in front of them. I just needed something for nausea not surgery. Finally got the medication but only through much difficulty.

Provided by YP.comBeing new to the Winston Salem area, I did some homework before trying this spa. I have been to many high end spas around the country and overseas and thought this was wonderful. The staff are friendly and the technicians I had were exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa. My favorite service was the facial - I felt like I had been on a vacation afterwards!
