Love their food. I used to go here frequently till a couple of unpleasant experiences with an arrogant individual whom I think is the manager. Their ice machine was on the fritz and I cordially requested help. He snapped that I was doing it wrong. When he condescended to come out from behind the counter, he saw that I was not a total idiot who can't work an ice machine. Subsequent customers all had the same problem.

Since then I've watched him in action. He acts like an arrogant child who thinks he's hot stuff. He impressed me as the son/brother of the owner who needs a lesson in humility and customer service.

I now go to other Jimmy Johns' with different owners.
