traveled there and when i arrived they informed me i need an appointment for a 5 minute question about a 2290 form not even taxes i would of literraly took a total 10 minutes of there time all my paperwork was done just had 2 questions when i got there there was nobody there all representatives were talking amongst themselves laughing and joking mr security guy was at the door doing nothing another employee that was getting paid for doing nothing., i couldnt beleive it they were helping or waiting on nobody nobody was there .TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. YOU GUYS OUGHT TO GET PAID FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU HELP I BET ALOT MORE PEOPLE WOULD BE WAITED ON WITHOUT AN APPT.
