This applies to the Woodbridge VA location - The only good thing about this place is they sell certain items only to LE and Military, other than that, go online where you will get better price and service. They make you feel that you are nuisance if you have a question and they will give you a generic answer of "we haven't had any deliveries of that item". Did not even ask what my order number or name is! Isn't that why you are there? To assist customers? Earn your pay! The current political climate has made these guys feel sooo important and it has gone to their heads! No customer service at all and this is more than one occasion - not just a someone having a bad day, I can excuse that.

This is a review just for the Woodbridge, VA location - Only good thing going for this store is that they sell certain items exclusively to LE and Military. Other than that, I would go to another tactical store or just order online. They give you the feeling that you are inconveniencing them when you have a question. They will just give you a canned answer of "none of those products came in" if you ask them the status of an order!! - isnt that why you have a job there, to help customers? At least find out what my order is! The current political climate has made these guys feel sooo important and its gone to their heads.
