Since owner Tom Akins left it's virtually impossible to get any response. Website doesn't work. Email doesn't work. You call or go in person to Twin Branches and no one seems to be able to address concerns. I spent money having Tom come view my landscaping needs and provide a bid, and now that I need the work done I'm told I have to wait until 2017. Great plant nursery that now seems to function at a very minimal level of management and performance. Seems Tom WAS Twin Branches.
