Provided by YP.comthe animals to me seem well cared for, housed, and clean. Selection of supplies is okay, overpriced. Staff not very friendly.

Provided by YPmobileOcean of pets needs to be shut down. They don't care about the animals they have in the store. I got a 4 week old kitten from them. She was on DRY FOOD... kittens need to be on milk until they're 8 weeks old. She was in a cage with no toys or bed/cushion. So she slept in her litter box. She was covered in urine. I also got a long haired rabbit from them. She was extremely matted. Had missing patches of fur. And she too was covered in fesis. Everytime I go into their store, there is always a dead animal on the sales floor. They don't care for the animals properly. They don't care about the animals. Just how much they make off them. Its sad. They need to be shut down.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a guinea pig from them. I was appalled at how they were housed, all of the pigs were together in a pen much to small for the amount of animals it housed. I took pity on a very small guinea pig only to find out it was only about 1 - 2 weeks old and should not have been taken away from its mother yet. They had males and females together. Had I not taken the gp when I did she surely would have ended up pregnant, they can get pregnant at around 3 - 4 weeks of age even though they shouldn't. Their animals are not well taken care of which is obvious by the conditions in which they are housed - housing too small for the amount of animals and filthy and in dark areas of the store. I really wish there was something that could be done about them.

Provided by YP.comLIARS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I brought in my two Pineapple Green Cheek Conures with a VERY large cage filled with toys and a second bag filled with toys. The condition I sold the birds was that they were to be sold together WITH the cage. I must of told them to this 3-4 times and I even sold at a dirt cheap rate to make sure they would be going to a new home quickly. I gave them over $1000 in birds and $800 in the cage + around $400 in toys, a total of around $2200 for $400. I came in the store later that day and they didn't want me to go to the back to see the birds telling me they had them in a temporary tiny cage. I came a few days later and they were still in it and the large cage I brought them with was gone. I call the owner and find out he sold the cage to one of his employees after I left and he tells me it doesn't matter what our deal was as he will now sell them in a small cage. The owner "MIKE" Blatantly lied. I didn't bring my birds to him to make money... I spent nearly 3X what he gave me just on their vet bills last year. I brought them to him so they could find them a new home and insisted when I made the sell that all three MUST stay together and they were to STAY in their large cage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
