Provided by YP.comI usually have a good experience with Enterprise. This time was just "okay." Even though I'd reserved the car months ahead of time, they only had one available in my category...a tiny little car that looked like a roller skate. They did upgrade me, but for a price. And I was not asked about the fuel option - I *thought* I had selected the option where you pay a standard price per gallon, but I was charged at quite a bit more than the going rate for an empty tank. Next time, I will make sure to inquire.
