I’m not sure what the situation may be with that person but I felt the need to type a review because this firm has been nothing short of fantastic with my case. I got into an accident and was hurt very bad I have never been in an accident like this one. I contacted the office they worked on getting me in right away and was all shaken up about everything. They were caring and compassionate and definitely gave me piece of mind. I asked many, many, questions and they answered them they explained the process and I felt like I was in good hands. I call in every so often for updates on my case, the staff is very knowledgeable if they can’t answer a question they leave a message for the attorney and I always get a call back.



They have taken all the stress off me and let me worry about getting better. I have recommended them to several friends and all of them seem to be extremely happy as well.

I had a very similar experience as Jessica B. Two years later only met with them 3 times. They never notified me of trial until I got a call to set up a pre-trial appt one week before trial date! Met with my lawyer to prep for trial one day before trial! Only to find that my attorney had never received the accident photos I emailed the office months before! They were not admissible in court because of short notice. I brought a folder of meds, receipts, and a journal they had asked me to keep. He never even looked at any of it. I offered to try and get statements from co-workers to confirm my complaints. He said they would laugh it out. I didn't even know what court room I was in! He mentioned it the day before at pre trial meeting. I asked him to write it on the paperwork he gave me. Guess he forgot. And instead of standing by my side in the halls or during breaks in court room, he's over with the defendants attorney talking World Series!!! I got into a car accident and injured my neck and back, and this guy didn't even hold the door in and out if the court room. When I was on the stand I was not allowed to say the things we discussed, I forgot a lot of the medical terms of my treatments, and we pretty much lost. I got a little for medical bills but zero for pain and suffering. I am in pain every day. I am so disappointed to the way my case was handled I just want to cry! And he pretty much shrugged his shoulders, said sorry and walked away. If I could go back, I would def do my homework before picking a lawyer out of the phone book. Even if the have the biggest ad!!! :(

Terrible!!!



I hired this attorney a month after my accident. Over two years later.....This attorney never communicated with me or calls me back. They were trying to close my case to find out they didnt even have all my medical bills even though I had been sending them copies of everything. Ive been trying to call them for over a month and they have not responded to my phone calls. I am trying to get a copy of my file and they won't give it to me. I am getting letters from collections agencies for all my medical bills with no help from the attorney. I wish I had never hired attorney cariglia they have done nothing but wasted my time and allowed my medical bills to send for collections. I am afriad what will happen if I dont find a new attorney.



I have gone back into treatment less then 2 years after the accident and they are telling me my new medical bills wont be covered.



Secretaries make fun of clients by their first and last name and you can hear this in the waiting room.



They also hang up on clients.



I terribly regret hiring this attorney, the chronic pain I deal with is enough, never mind an awful lawyer
