Went in to print an attachment from email. Owner made me use the self-serve computer and charged $3. Next time, a clerk told me to just forward the email to them and charged me 21 cents. Went in a third time and owner tried to put me on the self-serve computer again. I asked why I couldn't just email what I needed printed so as not to pay for computer use. He told me its $3 to print from email no matter what. I walked out and will never patronize these crooks again.

They lost and damaged my package and then I called and they said that they were going to call me back, never did. Called them again and they still had no idea 2 months after the package was shipped. All the boxes that I shipped from the post office arrived and they arrived unharmed and I paid half the price at the post office. I will never ship using fedex again.
