I was recently at the gas station on girly in Gillette and $1.00 was charged before it even started pumping gas. Then when the pump stopped it ran up another 50 cents before it would pump more. when I reported it inside they did nothing about it.

A friend purchased a BIG D GIFT CARD for me in Gillette, WY, when I fell on hard times/she had them contact Conoco to make sure it could be used in Scottsbluff, NE, and was told it was valid here. However, when I tried to use it, it was not valid; according to the attachment on the card, it is good at several locations in Wyoming and South Dakota. I tried contacting BIG D through the yellow pages website listing and kept getting a blank page. Is there another link?
