Wonderful PT! And amazing guy. The lack of a billing system and clerical experience is frustrating and enough to make me look for a more professional facility. They will call your family and not you directly for a bill and won't answer their phone when you call to pay your bill. And will send you to collections for there lack of abilities. A shame to have such a great PT but no staff to back him up.
