My youngest daughter needed her first pair of glasses and my oldest needed a new pair so we made an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was absolutely one of the most helpful people I have come across. She not only set our appointment, she double checked our insurance, let us know what was covered, etc. At the appointment, Dr. Kurtz was great with the kids, very patient and understanding and then when we ordered the glasses, Bill was really fun for the girls when they picked out their frames and lenses. All in all, for all our vision needs, we will definitely be back and recommend Retrospecs Eye Center in the highest regard.
