Go to pick up a load was told that I would be in a doc within 10 minutes and when I called them because the door was locked after I had blocked out back to my truck I got attitude from whoever was on the other line and mind you this was after waiting 45 minutes when it was only supposed to be 10 minutes very poor attitude very poor service
