I went in to have about 400 pages copied 2 sided and bound. The salesperson (owner) was very pleasant, but printed them 1 side and charged me $34.92 with no binding. No problem! I just took them back to have it fixed.

Actually, it was a huge problem. The co-owner (and wife of the salesperson) became visibly shaken and inappropriately angered when I asked what the additional charge of $10 was for. She refused to tell me what the pricing was supposed to be, and flat out accused me of lying 3 TIMES about what I had originally asked for. I refrained from arguing, as I was perplexed by the rapid rush of unwarranted vehemence.

I did try explaining that neither me or the salesperson were necessarily liars and that miscommunications sometimes happen in business.

I eventually gave up and asked to speak with someone else, and her reply was verbatim, "If you have something to say, you can say it to me. I'm the owner. I know FOR A FACT what you asked for". I gave her an additional $5 for the binding of the 2 sided copies only and wished her a good day as she stormed off rattled and upset.

Also, the front door does not open very wide. I am 5 ft and 95 lbs. 1 foot of space to enter is plenty. I was unable to do that without carefully side stepping through. Although there is a small sign on the door warning clients about this yearly problem, many businesses operate in NE Ohio year round without posing safety risk to their clients.
