The following is what I sent their corporate office:



Pulled up to store and saw on employee sitting down. She(blonde hair I believe) immediately stood up and began wiping drink area off as my wife and I entered the store. No other customers are in the store at this time. The chairs were sitting on top of the tables. We stood at the front counter for little over a minute before we were waited on or even talked to. The employee who was sitting down went to the back and let the other girl wait on us the entire time(who was a dark haired Asian maybe Latina with glasses). She made both sandwiches, packaged them and took our money. I did see another male worker with dark hair who quickly disappeared in the back. As we were about to leave I asked the worker who waited on us if she usually has to do everything herself. She said that they were doing prep. I informed her that I had been in your store for 8 minutes waiting on two sandwiches which was unacceptable. And "POOF" the other two amazingly appear from the back to wait on the customers who had just walked in the door. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I never thought that "prepping" was more important than getting two lone customers in and out in an expedicious manner. My wife and I get dinner on Sat nights early so we don't have to wait in long lines. I would have waited until 6:30 pm if I wanted to get service this slow. This is a fine way to loose customers. Hell I might drive 3 miles to Jersey Mikes instead of driving literally 1/4 of a mile to go to your store again. I'm sure the other two workers will make up some lie to cover their butts or say that I'm telling stories. Do with the provided info you wish.
