PUT THE INFORMATION THAT CONSUMER'S WANT FIRST....

I SIMPLY WANTED TO FIND OUT THE STORE HOUR'S OF THE LOCAL ALBERTSON'S GROCERY STORE. BUT AFTER PAGE AFTER PAGE OF %$@&!? IM JUST NOT INTERESTED IN PLAYING YOU MARKETING GAME'S.. THX'S

I have always prided myself in selecting Albertsons for my meet products. This Veterans day weekend I tried the buy 1 get 3 free back ribs. The frozen ones looked terrible so I bought your pre-seasoned ones. I thought the outright price was way out of line the free side made up for it. After smoking them for 4 hours at 225 degrees and cooking them an additional 3 hours at 275 the meat was inedible. While they looked great and taste great the meat was grisly and dry. The ribs were meaty and looked great in the package, the results of my 45 years of barbecuing exhibited the results of long term frozen meats and took away from what has always been the perfect treat for myself, my friends and neighbors. I will still with confidence buy my meats at Albertsons and I just wanted to bring this issue to light.
