Was disappointed in the treatment of my mother when THEY delivered flowers to the wrong address. She tried to contact them and let them know they were delivered to the wrong place and she was harassed and told to make sure that the flowers were made available for them to pick up on Sunday, Easter Sunday!!! And she was asked why she had not called sooner. She tried and no one answered the phone. Not a single, "we're sorry, may we replace them for you, or you may keep them and enjoy them, because it was our mistake.. They could have had a client for life, instead all they did was make an unhappy customer who will make sure that she tells as many people as she can to NOT buy from these people.. Beside the fact that the receiving customer got old flowers delivered to them..
