Their treatments work, but their customer service is so bad that I can no longer deal with this company EVER! They can not keep track of their accounts & payments. They don't come out when they say they will. When you pay them, nearly every time they call back saying they have no payment from you or the next time you need service a year later they are trying to collect payment from you making it a hassle. they accept credit cards, but get angry when you don't want to pay by check or cash. And this last time they just started hanging up me because I called asking why they haven't shown up in 3 weeks when they said they would be here on top of them saying I still owe a balance that I already paid. I called back several times and they kept hanging up on me. Stay away from this company!
