I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from Mr. John Russo. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional in his presentation. I would highly recommend using Mr. Russo's services and Mike Puritt Honda to anyone in the market for a new car.

I won’t go anywhere else for service! The Staff at Mike Pruitt is always friendly and helpful, they make sure I understand what going to be done and how much it’s going to cost. I highly recommend MPH I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of the staff.

I did not expect to buy a car when I went in. I was just investigating but Marcus was a great help and made the deal work. The dealership was very accommodating and gave me a great price. I was a manager in IT for 20+ years before I retired, so I feel I know real talent and sincere help and Marcus was awesome! I have been a customer of Mike Pruitt Honda since 2006 and their service department is also outstanding they know their vehicles and they work with you and make the work affordable.

AGAIN! I have had a terrific experience at Mike Pruitt Honda. This was our 5th car from Mike Pruitt, and the 5th time we have worked with Lynn. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, knew we wanted/needed a fair deal and conducted every aspect of the deal professionally. She is an asset to the dealership and we will be back. Financing with Dave was very straightforward. He responded openly and respectfully to all my questions, and didn't push once I had said no. Highly recommend Mike Pruitt, Lynn and Dave!

My experience with the sales team was excellent their friendliness was just exceptional. They were extremely helpful in dealing with any questions that we had. It was a bit overwhelming to process all the different options but our sales team went over everything and made sure we got what was right for us

Jacob was very outgoing and friendly. He was quite eager to listen and to help us find the right car for us. Dave was very thorough in explaining our options and took the time to listen to me and answer each question I had (and I had several). I think we negotiated a mutually beneficial, fair deal on our 2010 Fit. The dealership is very inviting to customers, and a comfortable place to spend some time. All of the employees with whom I spoke directly and those I observed with other customers seemed very eager to please. I anticipate a long, mutually beneficial relationship.

When I arrived the service area was very busy but I was welcome right away. Everyone on the staff was very customer oriented and very professional, the service representative even called me to give me and update. In the end my car was done quickly and all my concerns were met and corrected. Mike Pruitt Honda has always done high quality work for me and I would recommend them to others.

This was one of the first times in many years I have gone to speak to a dealer as all of my previous experiences were terrible. We dealt with Marcus Morris and he did not pressure us in anyway, no hassles and was very helpful when I asked questions he answered all of them with no problem. We also didn't have to spend half of my day there which I sure appreciated. He also worked with us to get us the price and payment we were looking for and when he said he would call us at home he did exactly that. I meant to tell him when we left how much I appreciated him and being so nice and helpful. I have already been recommending this dealership to my friends as I know where my business will stay. I definitely recommend Mike Pruitt Honda! I felt that the staff cared about each customer and was not simply interested in making a sale. Superior in terms of customer service. The way that I was treated as a customer and the thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff, as well as the Honda reputation was what influenced my decision to conduct business with Mike Pruitt Honda. I was VERY impressed with the Clinic that was held for the customers so that we would have more complete knowledge and understanding of the features of Honda cars, products and services. I found all of this information to be very beneficial. The Clinic combined professionalism with a human touch while refreshments were offered as well. The dealership was well maintained - a clean professional environment with knowledgeable, courteous staff and a good product to sell spoke volumes about this dealership!!!

The overall experience from start to finish was great. Lynn was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Her approach was not pushy or overbearing like some other car dealerships. She was willing to be patient and answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with the purchase and overall experience. I would recommend her and Mike Pruitt Honda to anyone seeking a quality car buying experience.

This was by far, the BEST experience I've ever had in getting a vehicle in my entire life, and being age 64....I've purchased plenty of vehicles over the years. Marcus Morris was friendly, professional, helpful, and very informative. Not at all like the high pressure, pushy car sales people I've encountered in the past. One of my co-workers recently purchased a car from your dealership and said it was a positive experience; that I should check it out. I'm so glad I did!

Marvin was very friendly and explained all the details about the Honda civic. He did everything possible to make my experience a positive one. He worked very hard with the new car manager Jason, to get me a good price monthly on a lease and to get me a good trade in price on my current Honda Civic/ I really appreciate all his hard work. Tom Brown did a wonderful job explaining in detail all the paperwork I had to sign.

I always tell my friends and family that the prices at the Mike Pruitt Service center are very competitive and that the waiting room is very nice, not to mention how friendly the staff is. This visit was no different Craig was very courteous and made me feel at home like always and my car was done at least a half hour before the promised time.

Maurice was great even though I did not have an appointment. He knew all the details about the car, and was able to negotiate me a fair trade on my old car. He took the time to show me all the features and even syncing my phone for me! The process was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at MPH and especially Maurice keep up the great work.

I got to the dealership ten minutes before they open yet there was still a person there to welcome me and let me into the waiting room. This dealer always has great service weather buying a car or just getting it serviced they go all out every time. Ask for Kathy in service she is simply awesome and will make sure you are taken care of right.

I worked with Marcus for a couple of weeks. He was always friendly and accommodating. He worked really hard to get me a fair price and the exact color and model I wanted. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle functions. He answered all my questions and gave me an overall great experience purchasing my new vehicle.
